A few FYI for STEP1 NBME Formats.
1. Before you start learning cardio auscultation, please visit the NBME website and spend 10-15 minutes completing their tutorial. Specifically, focus on the multimedia cardiac auscultation and scroll your mouse over all yellow circles. For the mitral, switch to Bell. Why is this important? Take the time now to know what NORMAL sounds like.

2. The official NBME practice exams can be purchased here. The correct exam should be: Comprehensive Basic Science Self-Assessment (CBSSA)
"The CBSSA uses multiple-choice items based on information typically covered during basic science medical education courses. The content of the CBSSA items resembles the content of those in Step 1."
